Individual Counseling
Individual counseling is a process where a client works one-on-one with a skilled therapist, focused on identifying treatment goals, and then working collaboratively to meet those treatment goals. Common presenting problems for individual counseling include struggling with symptoms of anxiety and/or depression, issues in relationships, difficulties through life transitions, complications making major life decisions, among many other things.
